There are many myths and misconceptions surrounding mental health and suicide so we asked our team of experts to share their knowledge. Being aware of the signs of depression is useful so that you can look out for your friends, family, and self. It's helpful to be aware of the stressors in your own life. All of the stressors in the video came from real students like you. We can't control many of the stressors in our lives, but we can control how we react. It's okay to struggle sometimes, but it's important to reach out for help.
